Janet Wark

Hello! I’m Janet Wark, the Co-Owner of LK Recruitment.

For the first 18 years of my career, I worked for a global brand progressing through the ranks until I reached a management position whereby my sole responsiblity was to concentrate on the client service experience. 

It was at this point that I found a passion for recruitment and in particular, recruiting people who could make a difference and were suited to the roles as opposed to simply filling vacant positions. 

This passion encouraged me to move solely into recruitment and run my own business.  During this time I have gained extensive knowledge within the education and healthcare recruitment sectors and truely believe that I can make a difference throughout the recruitment process, to both clients and candidates alike.  

Lindsey Nicklin

Hello! I’m Lindsey Nickin, the Co-Owner of LK Recruitment.

Throughout the whole of my career I have worked within a recruitment enviroment.  My first job role, at the age of 16, was a Trainee Resourcer for an international contracting company.  This role led to an opportunity to work abroad and expand my knowledge and experience both in business and in recruitment.

Later in my career, I trained to be a private client lawyer and then built my own department within a corporate and commerical law firm through the recruitment of a number of specialist, high quality legal professionals. Due to the successful expansion of the department, I was then promoted to  Practice Manager.  This role allowed me to work alongside the MD to create a law firm that stood out against the competition.  

Due to my strong entrepreneurial spirit, I left the legal industry after 15 years to join forces with Janet to scale up a recruitment business that understands the true importance of finding the right people for the right roles. 

 

Lynne Stabler

Lynne Stabler, the founder of LK Recruitment has worked in Recruitment and Recruitment Sales for over 20 years.

Over that time, she has worked at three successful Education Recruitment companies from Consultant through to, and including, Branch Manager, so has excellent knowledge of the requirements and demands of the recruitment sales sector. In 2019, LK Recruitment was transferred to Janet Wark and Lindsey Nicklin and Lynne has been retained on a Consultancy basis to both assist the new owners and also to provide consistency for LK Recruitment’s clients.
